Energetic healings

Energy healing is found in traditional healing methods throughout the world, many of which go back thousands of years. The natural state of the mind-body connection is one of harmony and unity. When that balance is disrupted or blocked, illness and dysfunction can result. The goal of energy healing is to restore the balance and flow of energy throughout the body, mind, and soul in order to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

My approach is eclectic and all-encompassing, rooted in deep reverence for the sacred practices of indigenous wisdom and also the Reiki tradition, and energetic attunements that have been shared with me through my teachers. These healing sessions may include plant, animal and mineral spirit medicine, the use of song and other instruments to move and transform energy, meditation and visualizations, and massage or physical body manipulation.

As energy suffuses the world and all living beings, energetic healing is not limited by distance or location. With loving presence and focused healing intention, energetic sessions are just as effective at long-distance as they are in-person.

Throughout my trainings and shamanic journeys I have found that simple energetic actions can be some of the most powerful and effective at helping us move beyond difficulties and blockages and bring us back into flow and harmony.
